CASA's engage in a comprehensive screening process and personal interview, criminal background check and personal references. They are trained on juvenile court process, child advocacy, laws affecting abused and neglected children, foster care, diversity, poverty, interviewing and report-writing. Children need the support of advocates! The work may be challenging, but very rewarding. For more information about the program, please email CASA@center-for-children.org!
